- Continue to work in close cooperation with new and current stakeholders which exist in Bunaken National Park: NSWA, DPTNB, FMPTNB, BTNB, Lestari, WWF, etc.
- Improve Bintang Laut's capacity as an organization and of individual staff members by being involved in various training activities and workshops operated by various parties, most importantly those focused on environmental education and conservation.
- Continue to expand the current program in order to give all students of N. Sulawesi access to Marine Environmental Education
- Participate in Research and Development activities from the institutional sector, within the supporting framework of various organizations' programs and activities.
